

Puffed Cheese Croutons
I was given this recipe by Marilyn who attended one of our Canapease classes. She said it was delicious, easy, went in the freezer and made lots and lots and she was right on all four counts. Spicy Choux Puffs
These little choux puffs freeze brilliantly, so they are a great one to have in the freezer for busy times. Alternatively they will keep them in the fridge for a couple of days, take your pick, they are delicious whichever way you choose to store them. Savoury Cheesecakes
This is the first of 6 canapes to have stored away in the freezer for Christmas gatherings. These miniature cheesecakes are really tasty and look far more complicated than they actually are and they can be simplified right down as you can see below. Hoisin Duck
We enjoyed lots of duck dishes in Hong Kong and the inspiration for this little canapé came from our trip. I hope you like it.
